DESCRIPTION:The International Cooperative Alliance Asia and Pacific (ICA-AP
 ) will convene the Third Asia Pacific Cooperative Registrars’ Forum from 
 20 to 23 April 2027 in Polgolla\, Sri Lanka\, under the theme “Beyond IYC
  2025: Advancing Enabling Legal and Policy Frameworks for Cooperatives in t
 he Decade Ahead.” The Forum\, hosted by the National Institute of Coopera
 tive Development (NICD\, Sri Lanka)\, will bring together cooperative regul
 ators\, public authorities\, cooperative leaders\, and development partners
  to exchange experiences and strengthen enabling environments for cooperati
