Ms. Samadanie Kiriwandeniya

Ms. Samadanie Kiriwandeniya holds a Master’s degree in Sociology from the University of Saskatchewan, Canada, and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka. She served as Chairperson of SANASA Development Bank for nine years, becoming the youngest chairperson in Sri Lanka’s banking industry. Formerly Deputy General Manager for International Relations and Marketing at SANASA Development Bank, she has held leadership roles with the Women’s Chamber of Industry and Commerce and the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce. A dedicated social activist, she has served on several national committees and has received multiple awards, including the WIM Gold Award for Entrepreneurship.
