Payment Services Group Head

Evangeline Lopez is the Payment Services Group Head at the National Confederation of Cooperatives (NATCCO) in the Philippines, leading digital payments strategy and innovation across the cooperative network. She oversees KAYA, a pioneering shared digital payments ecosystem integrating shared branches, mobile banking, ATMs, and POS services—recognized by the World Council of Credit Unions with its Digital Growth Award.

As NATCCO’s former IT Group Head, she spearheaded the launch of eKoopbanker Plus, the first cloud-based core banking system for Philippine cooperatives, and led initiatives on credit data submission, information security (ISO 27001:2013), and data privacy. With a background in NGO and cooperative development, she champions technology for financial inclusion. Evangeline holds degrees from De La Salle University and Ateneo Graduate School of Business.
