Ms. Gelizabeth Cabuhat

Vice Chairperson, ICA-AP Youth Committee and Sales and Marketing Head for Visayas at 1CISP, Philippines

Ms. Gelizabeth Cabuhat, known as Geli, is a cooperative and insurance professional with over ten years of experience in strategic planning, marketing, and youth engagement. She serves as Sales and Marketing Head for Visayas at 1CISP, Vice Chairperson of the ICA Asia Pacific Committee on Youth Cooperation, and Board Director of Youth Connect Cooperative. A cooperator by education and practice, Geli has led major programmes on women’s empowerment, youth leadership, and climate action. She has contributed to national and international cooperative initiatives, developed organisational policies, and represented the movement as a resource speaker in regional and global forums. Geli holds a Bachelor in Cooperatives from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines and is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute. She continues to champion innovation, inclusion, and stronger cooperative linkages across the Asia Pacific region.
