Datuk Seri Dr. Abdul Fattah Abdullah has served as President of ANGKASA since 2013, driving Malaysia’s cooperative movement through inclusive growth and strong governance. With over 30 years of experience in cooperative advocacy and youth development, he represents the sector as a Permanent Member of the National Cost of Living Action Council (NACCOL). Holding a Ph.D. in Development Management, he also serves as Vice President of ICA-Asia and Pacific, President of the ASEAN Cooperative Organisation, and Chairperson of the ICA-AP Trade and Business Committee. In 2023, he received the Asia-Pacific Inspirational Cooperative Leaders Award, followed by ANGKASA’s 2024 Anti-Corruption, Governance & Integrity Award.
