Eng. Lamia Al-Dabbas is a seasoned development professional with over 20 years of experience in cooperative development, financial inclusion, and market systems across Jordan and the wider MENA region. As Regional Director at Advance Consulting, she leads programs that strengthen agricultural cooperatives and promote access to climate-smart finance. She has pioneered digital loan systems and e-wallet integration, improving transparency and inclusion. Previously with Mercy Corps, she led access-to-finance initiatives under USAID’s Water Innovation Technologies project. Lamia holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Technology and Management, with certifications in Project Management, Market Systems Development, and Islamic Finance.
