Mr. Abdelfattah M. Q. Al-Shalabi is the Director General of the Jordan Co-operative Corporation (JCC) since 2021 and a key architect of Jordan’s National Strategy for the Cooperative Movement (2021–2025). With expertise in financial management, accounting, and cooperative policy, he has represented Jordan at numerous regional and international forums. He actively promotes women’s and youth participation in cooperatives and supports agricultural credit development. Mr. Al-Shalabi also serves as Vice Chairman of both the JCC Board and the Arab Cooperative Union, and holds board positions with ESC, ACC, NARC, and ICFO. He holds a Master’s in Banking and Financing for Development from the University of Bergamo and a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Yarmouk University.
