Beginning her journey with the Kalandia Camp Women\u2019s Handicraft Cooperative, she has dedicated her career to creating sustainable livelihoods for marginalized women through innovation and collective enterprise.<\/p>\n
As President of the Handicraft & Agro-Food Processing Cooperative Union, she promotes traditional Palestinian food practices such as herb drying, olive oil production, and vegetable pickling\u2014linking cultural heritage with economic resilience. Her leadership advances food security, women\u2019s entrepreneurship, and the preservation of Palestine\u2019s rich culinary traditions across the West Bank and Gaza.<\/p>\n
