Prof. Harekrishna Misra is a Adjunct Professor at the Development Management Institute, Patna, India and former Professor of Information Systems at the Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA), now the National Cooperative University (NSU). Prof. Misra is closely associated with various projects of digitalization projects of primary cooperatives in India. With over four decades of experience in academia, research, and public service, he has authored more than 150 publications, including books and case studies indexed by Ivey and Emerald. Prof. Misra\u2019s work spans e-governance, digital transformation, and cooperative innovation. He has served on several national committees of the Government of India, including those on the National Cooperation Policy and the NCCT. A keynote speaker at international forums such as ICEGOV and the ICA-AP Research Conference, he continues to advance the digital and cooperative development agenda across Asia and beyond.<\/p>\n
