Mr. Jeroen Douglas<\/strong> became Director General of the International Cooperative Alliance (ICA) in January 2024. He previously served as Executive Director of Solidaridad, a global civil society organization, from 2019 to 2023. Since joining Solidaridad in 1992, he held several leadership roles, including Director for Latin America and Strategy Director, where he led the organization\u2019s 2016\u20132020 global strategy.
