Governed by the Regional Assembly, which comprises all member organizations from Asia and the Pacific, ICA-AP is dedicated to uniting, promoting, and developing cooperatives in the region.

The Regional Assembly, in turn, elects a Regional Board to oversee the activities of the office, which operates through various thematic and sectoral committees focusing on areas such as agriculture, consumer cooperation, banking, education, forestry, human resource development, research, trade, women, and youth cooperation. Through its multifaceted approach, ICA-AP continues to play a vital role in advancing the cooperative movement across Asia and the Pacific.
